solved this by moving these files to a backup location
sudo mv /etc/libnl-3/classid /etc/libnl-3/classid.bak
sudo mv /etc/libnl-3/pktloc /etc/libnl-3/pktloc.bak
then
sudo apt-get -f install
and then restored these files
sudo

Public bug reported:
my ubuntu gnome graphics were laggy, so I decided to upgrade my graphics
driver (intel 665GM) drivers. I added ppa:oibaf/graphics-drivers and
upgraded my system, now my system is a bit smoother but I face blue
flashes for some time after logging in
ProblemType: Bug
