I don't know when or how is bug started. I've tried resetting firefox
and it didn't work.

This also happens when you copy a link to the desktop from the menu
instead of just linking. The app is marked with a cautionary sign and
there is a warning message indicated on the taskbar which you can't see
because the mouse doesn't respond and the dialog window is not
