By following Test Case in description, using Kernel from latest v3.7
kernel[0] and @leannogasawara's test kernel[1] , both fixes the
DisplayPort and hotplug Issues,
but for xserver-xorg-video-intel_2.17.0-1ubuntu4.3.debdiff , i'm having
trouble to build it after patched, please check .lo

nvidia-common 1:0.2.44.2 fixes the issue, and hdmi works fine now.
