Tried out all of the resolutions and changing refresh rate with 'xrandr'

Display corrupts and flashes when changing resolution on
I can't get rid of this (see attachment), only if I move the mouse again
to the buttons, to generate a tooltip again.

Hi,
when I move the mouse pointer to a window's 'maximize' button, and
waiting for the tooltip (Maximize window) show, a Close window
tooltip gets up after I clicked on the 'maximize' button immediately,
and I can't remove it from the screen anymore.
