intel display driver...this is 13.10 development that i am running...

I reported this back in February...I hope it will be assigned
soonit's a previous obvious bug and i am surprised it wasn't noticed
by the developers from the beginning...and it affects everyone who uses
ubuntunot just those who have left comments here or affirmed that it
affects them also..
PS: This is Ubuntu with unity version...64 bit version i am using...all
the others were using that also...

When you go to the I Tunes Movie Trailer website to play a movie trailer
(which is in Quicktime) the video keeps "tearing" while you watch
it...the sound is fine, just the video keeps breaking up...
On previous versions of ubuntu, these quicktime movie trailers played fine...

On Ubuntu 13.04, when you go to system settings and adjust the pointer
speed to a lower or higher number then the "default" it does not stay
locked in when you close the program window...
If you open the program again and check the pointer speed setting, it
shows as being rig
