Still the same for me. I installed 0.92.1 on Ubuntu 17.04-Zesty by using
"apt-get download" to get the inkscape and libgtkspell0 debs, installing the
available libmagick++-6.q16-7 in the usual way ("sudo apt-get install ...") and
then doing `sudo dpkg -i --force-depends ./inkscape*.deb` and
