Fresh Installed Lubuntu 14.10 (x64) has this issue. It happens more frequently in drag operations. This is my mother's old laptop so I won't be able to report any further. Note: The cursor is restored to normal if you get to a terminal (Ctrl+alt+F1) and then return to X (Ctrl+Alt+F7). -- You
