I am on 13.04 and noticed that after the crash of the extension,
chromium is entirely fubar:

I have to manually kill -9 the parent process on the shell ... I don't
know if we should consider the above bug a duplicate, because

This happens to me all the time on 12.10 amd64. Webapps feels more like
an alpha release so far.
