14.04, so this is not something we intend to fix in Jockey.

Jockey-KDE doesn't show drivers versions
Status in “jockey” package in
Dear Jockey and Kubuntu developers, Jockey-KDE still doesn't display
version number in current Kubuntu 13.10. It make hard for user to choice
right version of proprietary driver, especially nVidia. If it's
possible, please fix Jockey-KDE. If Jockey is depricated, please provide
some other solution

I find more appropriate keep using jockey-kde, proprietary drivers don't
have much to do with software sources in my opinion. Let's see what they
do.
