I reported this back in February...I hope it will be assigned
soonit's a previous obvious bug and i am surprised it wasn't noticed
by the developers from the beginning...and it affects everyone who uses
ubuntunot just those who have left comments here or affirmed that it
affects them also..
Same here on a desktop running 13.04 with a standard cheap usb mouse
