support for reporting bugs against gnome3-team ppa

Bug description:
Gnome3-team ppa brings the latest GNOME to Ubuntu , it would be great
if we can get a special case that allows ubuntu-bug/apport to operate
against our ppa's.
Essentially there are two ppa's we would like tracked via launchpad:
ppa:/gnome3-team/gnome3
ppa:/gnome3-team/gnome3-staging
I just setup a Launchpad project that they can be filed against:
