Hi Adam, and thanks for reporting this. It looks like some account-
plugin-* package has been removed during the upgrade.
Can you install account-plugin-tools and run the account-console list
command? It will list all the accounts, including the one which appears
as blank in the control center.

Thank you for the assistance. Installing a missing plugin did fix the
issue. I had tried searching for a terminal command that would show me
the accounts list, but everything that was returned
