Public bug reported:

Release of Ubuntu which I am using:
Description: Ubuntu 13.04
Release: 13.04

Package version used:

pulseaudio: 1:3.0-0ubuntu6
pulseaudio-module-bluetooth: 1:3.0-0ubuntu6
linux: 3.8.0.22.38 (i386)
alsa-base: 1.0.25+dfsg-0ubuntu4
bluez: 4.101-0ubuntu8b1
bluez-alsa: 4.101-0ubuntu8b1
blueman: 1.23-0ubuntu4

Hardware used:
Dell Inspiron 6400n (also sold as E1505 in the US)
Belkin Bluetooth® Music Receiver (see
http://www.belkin.com/us/F8Z492/p/P-F8Z492 )

What I expected to happen:
Upon setting up the Music Receiver as a new sound device using blueman, it gets
automagically set up as a pulseaudio sink. Sound effects, music etc gets
streamed to the Music Receiver.
This is how it used to work in Ubuntu 12.10 Quantal.

What happened instead:
Upon setting up the Music Receiver as a new sound device using blueman, Unity
notifies me the device is setup correctly and available as a sound device in
PulseAudio. However, Sound effects, music etc does *not* get streamed to the
Music Receiver, but instead is played back via the built-in soundcard.
The following messages occur in /var/log/syslog:
May 25 17:31:21 inspiron6400n pulseaudio[2844]: [pulseaudio] bluetooth-util.c:
org.bluez.Media.RegisterEndpoint() failed: org.bluez.Error.AlreadyExists:
Already Exists
May 25 17:31:21 pulseaudio[2844]: last message repeated 3 times
May 25 17:31:21 inspiron6400n pulseaudio[2844]: [pulseaudio]
module-bluetooth-device.c: Profile has no transport

This behaviour is reproducible.
