Thanks for your report. I don't think this is PulseAudio related. Could you check your file system for corruption, out of disk space, or similar? ** Changed in: pulseaudio (Ubuntu) Status: New = Incomplete -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Desktop

Note: i can listen sound streaming (radiotray for example) without issue (pulseaudio seems to use the previous config, as it has failed to reconfigure with the latest upgrade) and hopes it will also work with the next reboot. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of

Well, was there some error causing pulseaudio to be left unconfigured? Could you look in e g /var/log/dpkg.log /var/log/apt/term.log /var/log/apt/history.log ...for error messages or anything else that could help us understand why it was left unconfigured? -- You received this bug

hi David, the logs was clean; but i've found that dpkg had failed to purge an other package cleanly, and was disturbing the pulseaudio config. So i've rebooted and reinstalled the pulseaudio packages: that time the config ended smootly. Doing that report invalid. ** Changed in: pulseaudio
