libdrm, ... solved the bug. So I close that bug.

option acpi=off not good in that case because of
/usr/bin/X:0-auth/var/run/lightdm/root/:0-nolisten tcp vt7 -novtswitch
running 50% cpu ,finally starting OK with option nomodeset .

I solved the bug with option acpi=off.
on a Panasonic cf_m34 ,pentium3, ram 500mo

Thanx for your comments. I tried another thing that worked the only time I used
it : I started with grub, and I choosed the kernel 3.2.0-44 instead of 3.2.0.48.
