I am experiencing issues with this same video card, my brightness is stuck on minimum brightness since upgrading to 13.10 (in 13.04 it was stuck on full brightness which was more usable) I am using a Dell XPS 13 (1080p), if you need more details, let me know what you need and I will do my best to

OK with a little playing around I found that when I use the function keys to adjust the brightness the screen doesn't update but will used that setting after a reboot. i.e. set brightness to minimum and reboot brightness = minimum, set brightness to maximum reboot brightness = maximum. After a
