Having a linux-headers package dependency in Quantal/Raring/Saucy is benign since there will never be an official LTS kernel installed in those releases. I do suggest fixing the Saucy version however so that this problem isn't propagated to 14.04. ** Also affects: fglrx-installer (Ubuntu Saucy)
