I have suffered a similar problem for the past year on a yoga 13 (since I noticed setkeycodes e03e in syslog) on ubuntu 15.04 x86_64 with the latest updates. And I do have the latest bios (66CN55WW) since before the problem appeared. The arrow keys behave as if they are stuck while scrolling in

Another problem is that while holding down say the right arrow key to select a few characters of text, suddenly the arrow key starts generating a digit so in an editor, it erases what was already selected and produces a stream of 6's or so. Let's see if I can do it right here ... A bit of text
