thank you for the reply. but i am new and i browsed about apport collect
and i am unsure i should do it. also can i collect it from a live cd of
ubuntu 14.04? hope you can help me work this out.

for the rendering and there really isn't anything we can do about that.
Please do an apport-collect 1311262 just to make sure.
