I think my problem was actually a hardware issue. I opened the mouse up (which is a Razer Copperhead) and sprayed some WD40 on to the switches, and after that the problem has gone away. So Eugen I would recommend you try that, as well as any other users having the same problem. It was pretty

Hi - I can confirm this behavior as well - as far as I'm aware I have not switched to Nvidia drivers. My mouse is a Logitech Anyware MX - and the exact behavior is that is very often double-clicks when I click. Please let me know if you'd like any logging or diagnostic info. Cheers, Eugen. --

Hi Christopher, I tried a different mouse, and that resolved the problem. Then I plugged in the original mouse, and now that one is working properly too. I will investigate this further and see if I can find out more. Incidentally, I installed CentOS on this computer, and I noticed that it had
