I have initially open a question and it was suggested to me to open a bug report. I am trying to install the include files for OpenGL development with the nvidia 331 driver but the packages nvidia-331-dev and nvidia-331-updates-dev just do not carry those files under Trusty (they did under Precise Pangolin). It is therefore impossible to develop OpenGL applications. Please see below the original email for a more detailed explanation. Thank you so much for your efforts !
