i have a same problem, and im filled also bug report. This is not yelp bug. This is quickly, pgtk bug. Maybe helpers.py file working wrong. I have same problems other programs when go to programs. Menu, contents F1, opening help file. English help working correctly but others language help not.

I'm not able to reproduce the problem on my 14.10. In a terminal window both yelp and yelp help:ubuntu-help open the Ubuntu User Guide. Can you please reinstall the ubuntu-docs package and let us know if it helps. sudo apt-get install --reinstall ubuntu-docs ** Changed in: yelp (Ubuntu)
