Title: no desktop icons (sometimes) Status in nautilus package in Ubuntu: New Bug description: Ubuntu 14.10 About half of the time, when I turn my computer on, there is no desktop icons at all. I have to use dconf-editor: org/gnome/desktop/background show-desktop-icons IS on, I have to set if OFF, and then ON again, and all icons almost immediately do appear.
