Bug description:
I am trying to use the "Import Clip Art..." feature in inkscape 0.91,
installed in a Kubuntu 14.04 from the following ppa repository:

$ apt-cache policy inkscape

The "Import Clip Art" dialog comes up, but no matter what I search I get no
results.
