driver create the incorrect line out playback switch and connect to

Low volume with headphones
When I start my computer the first heaphone jack gives low volume and
the other gives no sound. But if I execute the command rm -r
~/.config/pulse; pulseaudio -k , they both work until I restart my
computer.
