In my case the following paths was directory, not file. I just remove it sudo rm -rf /lib/systemd/system/wacom-inputattach@.service sudo rm -rf /lib/udev/rules.d/69-wacom.rules sudo rm -rf /usr/share/X11/xorg.conf.d/50-wacom.conf After that upgrade work without error. -- You received this bug
