Public bug reported:

1. Open terminal
2. In top menu choose "Edit" > "Profile Preferences"
3. Choose "Colors" tab.
4. Uncheck "Use colors from system theme",  in "Palette" section change 
"build-in schemes" or color palette.

Expected result some color or scheme changing (there is no info about
this feature in terminal help)

Actual result nothing happens.
