After install lib{,app}indicator{,3}-dev packages and reboot, the menu
appear again. Kind of weird.

[Xenial] No 'Save as'
The issue is still present, Gedit, Terminal, Calc... doesn't have menu
on both menu bar and title bar. It is weird that Firefox does have the
menu while the others doesn't.

Thank you for your bug report, there is a menubar with that option, it
just doesn't work if you have local menu (which is not default) ... is
that your case?

In my system all is by default, I can't see any menu bar, nor in window or in
Unity topbar.
In the window there are only three buttons, 'Open, New, Save' no more options
(right clicking on the buttons show only 'close').
