package libtidy-0.99-0 (not installed) failed to install/upgrade: trying to
overwrite '/usr/lib/libtidy.so', which is also in package libtidy-dev
This issue occured after installing tidy5 which is not currently available in
the apt sources list.
I installed it by running this script:
