Bug description:
  Hello

  Ubuntu 16.04 Unity

  When a new software is installed - either through synaptic, or new
  software-center or using apt-get install,

  it does not appear anywhere in the dash.

  Newly installed software(s) can be run from terminal though.

  Newly installed software(s) appear in dash after reboot, or session
  logout/login back.
