I spoke with a colleague at work, who also recently upgraded to 16.04 and regularly uses a Czech keyboard. He did not encounter this problem. I see now in the keyboards menu in the toolbar (top right) > Text Entry Settings, that there are now 6 options for a Czech keyboard. The original one I
