On Freedesktop website I've found that it's a symptom of another bug (but in

In addition: this problem I have had only in Unity, in Gnome it works without
freezing.

X Server and then system freezes, ALT+CTRL+Fx doesn't work, sometimes even
REISUB doesn't work.
Memtest result is ok, no errors. HDD also is ok. Windows works perfectly on
