Same problem in
Version 77.0.3865.90 (Official Build) Built on Ubuntu , running on
LinuxMint 19.2 (64-bit) chromium browser 77.0.3865.90.
But all other program work with system proxy (I meen no_proxy variable which I
define in ~/.bashrc).
After setup proxy properties in network UI all work
I cannot reproduce the issue at present.
But it's strange that I encountered a problem in 2016 which was fixed upstream
in 2009.
Anyway, let's close this for now.
