Yes. The wallpapers typically only get uploaded once or twice per
release. The basic problem is that when they are updated people have to
download the entire set of wallpapers they have installed again. They
are quite large. So we tend to batch fixes.

I can confirm this typo based on the file list of ubuntu-wallpapers-
artful 17.10.1-0ubuntu1 (https://packages.ubuntu.com/artful/all/ubuntu-
wallpapers-artful/filelist). Presumably it should be sufficient to
rename
