This issue is only present to the best of my knowledge on the Dell XPS
9560 while connected to a docking station, in this case the Dell WD-15.
When logging in to the computer from a cold boot, the computer will go
to sleep immediately after logging in.  This issue does not happen if
the lid of the laptop is open, or if the computer is waking from sleep.
