Public bug reported:

The version in the repo is missing pkg-config which makes it impossible to use
with cmake out of the box. The needed file was introduced in the version 2.2.
Is it possible to bump the version to 2.2 to fix this shortcoming?

** Affects: gflags (Ubuntu)
