You have been subscribed to a public bug: Asus Zenbook N501VW touchpad is still working when I type the keyboard with ubuntu 18.04, Gnome (Unity was reset with by some instructions to use Gnome). It still happens after `xserver-xorg-input-libinput` installation by recommendations and also changing the value in dconf editor (about disable touchpad on typing)
Such problem was when I'd upgrated from 14.04 to 16.04. I tried many instructions but had no success. I was suffered for a long time... Later it was fixed, probably with a new kernel, don't rememeber exactly. Could you tell me whether I can fix the problem or not? affects ubuntu ** Affects: xserver-xorg-input-libinput (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Tags: bot-comment -- Ubuntu 18.04 Can't disable touchpad on type https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1779577 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Desktop Packages, which is subscribed to xserver-xorg-input-libinput in Ubuntu. -- Mailing list: https://launchpad.net/~desktop-packages Post to : desktop-packages@lists.launchpad.net Unsubscribe : https://launchpad.net/~desktop-packages More help : https://help.launchpad.net/ListHelp
