onsgmls:I: "OpenSP" version "1.5.2"

After several failed attempts to validate a developing XHTML+RDFa
document, I cut and pasted the simplest possible XHTML (encl1) and
atttempted to validate it within emacs+psgml.  The error messages refer,
not to some error in my document, but to errors in the DTD's.  That's
not impossible, but very improbable that it would not have been caught
and passed on to the W3C.
