Title:
  Firefox icon missing

Status in gnome-shell package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
I have firefox bookmarked in the gnome-shell dash. When starting the
shell in disco, the firefox logo is missing and the launcher is a
small but clickable blank area. If I use gnome-tweaks to change icon
theme, the logo reappears for the rest of the session.
