Please: 1. Attach a screenshot or photo of the problem. 2. Tell us which video player apps are affected. 3. Try this: sudo apt install mpv and then use 'mpv VIDEOFILE.mp4'. Does it have the same problem? 4. Run: vainfo > vainfo.txt and send us the resulting file 'vainfo.txt'.
