Right, so it means that you declared your user dir as a template source,
which means it's building a list including every single of your files to
build the template which takes some time, that's not a bug but an user
error

These are all empty and unused. You just
rename Templates to "# Templates" and
everything is better.
Unfortunately I can't tell why. >:]

Thank you for your bug report. What content is there in that directory?
It's supposed to include only templates for new documents and a
small/selected list. There are known issues if the template includes lot
of data to be read/parsed
