One more problem.
After Log Out and Log In, Windows Titlebars are move from Left to Right. It is
not possible to change them back to Left in Tweaks.

Unfortunately there isn't a working version of dash-to-dock for gnome
33/34, but dash-to-panel is a nice workaround for this issue.
