In the latest Thunderbird in 20.04, the menus of short term windows such
as the compose email window and add-on windows (for example the new
event window in Lightning) are not properly integrated with Unity. They
are in a separate menu bar, and are always shown. This is inconsistent
with the main Thunderbird window, and with all other applications in
Unity.
