I have tested 2.3.6-0ubuntu2~20.04.0 on ubuntu.exe with ubuntu 20.04,
18.04 and 16.04 installed alongside (ubuntu2004.exe, ubuntu1804.exe,
ubuntu1604.exe). As the screenshot shown, the problem of wrong basename
is now solved.

Accepted wslu into focal-proposed. The package will build now and be
available at
https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/wslu/2.3.6-0ubuntu2~20.04.0 in a
few hours, and then in the -proposed repository.

This affects all wslu tools on all releases when using from the Ubuntu
app from Microsoft Store. When other LTS version of app is installed
from Microsoft Store, baseexec generated by wslu on Ubuntu app will not
be using ubuntu.exe but other LTS

The regression potential should be a description of what could go wrong
when fixing this bug and discuss how to test it. "None for now" doesn't
do that.
