Yes it seems Xorg changes its definition of the preferred/current
resolutions.
Before:
1920x1080 (0x190) 148.500MHz +HSync +VSync +preferred
h: width 1920 start 2008 end 2052 total 2200 skew0 clock 67.50KHz
v: height 1080 start 1084 end 1089 total 1125 clock 60.

It happened again. But unfortunately I forgot before suspending to run
the commands. So I did it vice-versa. *after.txt-Files were created
during the blurry resolution and *before.txt-Files before going to
suspend with correct resolution.
I also attached a screenshot with the resolution settings,

Because the last two days it worked without blurriness, so maybe
I do it every time and send you the report as soon as it happens?

Thanks but that did not do what I had hoped. Instead please run:
lspci -kv > lspci.txt
and run this before suspending:
journalctl -b0 > journalbefore.txt
xrandr --verbose > xrandrbefore.txt
and run this after resuming from suspend:
journalctl -b0 > journalafter.txt
xrandr --verbose >
