probably not right though, it would mean that on a machine with several
desktop environments installed, including one maybe using xscreensaver,
then 'default' GNOME sessions would stop using the right cmd.

Oh, also the use of 'gnome-screensaver' in the bug description is a bit
confusing since that's the name of the old standalone screensaver, which
is still available in the archive and separate deb binary. It is not the
built-in-GNOME screensaver, which the description seems to be referring
to?
