OEM/ODM/CE/IHV partners need to have a standardize way to install nvidia 
drivers which way needs to make sure the configuration is same as what the end 
user will use.

As u-d-c has some configuration during the installation, we would like
to have a way to install nvidia drivers correctly for the business.
