I find a way to remove the « Transparency scrool chooser bar » tested on my webkit2gtk (2.38.1-1) that I rebuilt with that bar off for now. ref: https://docs.gtk.org/gtk3/method.ColorChooser.set_use_alpha.html Check the patch. Temporary remove that bar solve my problem for now. Thank you **
