Title:
  Crash in raspberrypi_ipa_proxy when compiled with LTO

Status in libcamera package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  The libcamera 0.0.4 implementation currently in lunar has a couple of
  global objects which are unsafely allocated, leading to a crash in the
  subordinate raspberrypi_ipa_proxy process when used at runtime.

  The attached patch resolves the issue.
