Hi All,
Thank you for looking into this issue and resolving it. The latest
Firefox Build (114.0+build2-0ubuntu0.22.04.1~mt2) had resolved the no
WebGL and GPU Hardware Acceleration on my Arm64 device.
The new build diff:

Hi Ubuntu Firefox Team,
Thank you for looking into this issue and resolving it. The latest
firefox (114.0+build2-0ubuntu0.22.04.1~mt2) for Jammy and Lunar now had
resolved the earlier reported NO WebGL and GPU Hardware Acceleration for
Arm64 (at least for my device).
Just to understand the issue
Setting webgl.force-enabled to 1 allows one to use WebGL for the time
being.
edit: correction; about:support says that WebGL is available, but it
fails to initialize on google maps and raceqs.com animations among
others.

I'm experiencing this too, which has caused WebGL not to work. I'm
however on an x64 machine, not Arm64, so it's not limited to that
architecture.
I have the same logs as above:
[GFX1-]: FireTestProcess failed: Failed to spawn child process
“/usr/lib/firefox/glxtest” >

This ChangeLog entry mentions it:
firefox (114.0+build1-0ubuntu0.22.04.1~mt1) jammy; urgency=medium
* New upstream release (114.0+build1)
* Install glxtest and vaapitest
- debian/firefox.install.in
But debian/firefox.install.in contains neither.

Fairly obvious why it doesn't work:
firefox
[GFX1-]: FireTestProcess failed: Failed to spawn child process
“/usr/lib/firefox/glxtest” (No such file or directory)
[GFX1-]: glxtest: ManageChildProcess failed
[GFX1-]: No GPUs detected via PCI
glxtest is not part of the package:
dpkg -L firefox
WebGL is not working also.
